Css Server Lagger
Ban Dispute - CSS Server Lagger Hello staff, I feel like I've posted in this section quite a few times lately and it's a little scary. Anyway, it seems that I've been banned for selling a CSS Server Lagger because it falls under the category of DDoS programs and thus is malicious. I would like to explain what and how the CSS Server Lagger does and works. The lagger essentially just program that spams one thing into the CSS console. 'sv_soundemitter_filecheck' This was a new cvar introduced into CSS by Valve (the makers) for some strange reason and someone realized that spamming this would cause the user to ping extremely high and thus lag inside of the server. It did not involve bots and or hacking others in order to produce said lag.
Intel vga drivers download. Download and run, in the top section put the server's IP address.
It was also in no way malicious, and was actually a fun program people enjoyed using, albeit a little annoying to people inside of the server. Why would people want to lag themselves inside of the game? C windows system32 drivers usbstor sys download.
What actually occurred is it would sort of put you into a pseudo lag where you lagged a little on your screen, but the game was still playable. To others though, you were glitching pretty badly, making you really hard to hit (CSS is a first person shooter game).
This 'sv_soundemitter_filecheck' trick has been fixed for a while now, and thus the lagger no longer works. I just wanted to explain how it worked because I was really confused to see it classified as a DDoS program, which is something that definitely is malicious, but works in a completely different way (using bots to send packets to others). This program affects the user to achieve the lag, and will not disconnect anyone's internet nor cause any negative effects. In fact, this is what it says inside of the.cfg file.
