Download Ntw Mod Manager V155

I have been trying to install the Great War mod for NTW but I am running into a big problem. When I finish installing the mod I, (from what i understand), just have to open up the usual NTW and it will run the mod. Can't Uninstall Napoleon Total War? I can't delete the game files and can't re-download/install NTW until I stop.

Uploading a Mod to Steam Workshop Now you have made a mod, uploading it to Steam Workshop is a simple process.
